Wheel of Impact is a complex project implemented by an international team of professionals with one purpose - help young third-sector organizations to ACT and IMPACT!

The Wheel of Impact is about raising awareness and improving the knowledge on impact-making process; developing strategies to evaluate and increase the impact of organisation on local, regional and international level; improving competences of youth workers/project manager/educators in working on the development of the "impact-making" process

We created an online tool that with few simple questions will help young NGOs to have full picture about quality of the projects and impact they have inside the community. Simple like this!

We gathered 27 professionals and youth workers for the Pilot Training Course to experiment, experience and improve the first draft version of The Wheel. Basing on received feedbacks and expertise we launched the innovative and tested multidisciplinary curriculum that can be used by youth workers/trainers/project managers for the promotion of digital education and quality of your work

The Wheel tool that has research ground and development model that can be used by new youth organizations and groups of youth for evaluating the impact that they have on local, regional and international level, with focus on the educational and digital education. It is based on the complex research conducted by the team of professionals from Bulgaria, Greece and Italy

  • 1. Self-Evaluation Model - Interactive Wheel:

    a. Head to the "Test Your Impact" section.

    b. Explore the interactive wheel divided into 10 impact sectors.

    c. Drag the 'points' like darts to each sector on the scale from 0 to 10, basing on your evaluation of how much the area is developed in your case.

    d. Fine-tune and customize your impact profile to reflect your unique strengths and growth areas. Use this option to compare the result with the actual assessment test

    2. Take the Online Impact Test:

    a. Navigate to the "Test Your Impact" section.

    b. Answer thought-provoking questions about your NGO and its activities/projects.

    c. Receive a comprehensive total score that highlights your overall impact. You can compare it with your wheel self-evaluation
